Please fill in all the blanks in the form carefully and make sure that all information is accurate.
3. Submit the application form
Please print two copies when you finish the online application form.
Chinese students should submit the form to their department or college (the Communist Youth League Committee). Chinese teachers and workers should submit the form to their department, school or office (the Communist Youth League Committee). Foreign students or teachers should submit the form to the university’s Foreign Affairs Office.
